Witchy Woman Wax respects the privacy of it's customers and can guarantee that your personal information is safe with us. We will never share your details with any third parties whatsoever unless directed to do so by law.

2.1 - All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

3. Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated timescales may be specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Witchy Woman Wax shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
4. Payment
4.1 - We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfil your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.4.2 - Payment can be made by Paypal. 4.3 - All prices exclude VAT and delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

5.2 - All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
